Goodbye 2015, Hello 2016!

Take 10 minutes today to sit and reflect on the last year and a time to set goals for the year ahead.

Make a list of the little things you are going to do starting today to have an amazing 2016. It can be anything...here are a few ideas we love!

- Smile when you notice you are frowning. - Put down your phone for an hour a day and interact with your family. - Sing in the car. - Exercise for 30 minutes, 3 times a week. - Donate your time. Watch out 2016, here we come!
